From the Lustau bodega in Jerez comes a 500ml bottle of its marvellous rosé vermouth, celebrated as the first of its kind produced in the region. A blend of Fino sherry, Moscatel and Tintilla de Rota wines combine to impart a tremendous balance of dry, floral, and fruity profiles. Ought to work wonders in all manner of cocktails, and makes a fab aperitif with a nice wedge of grapefruit to garnish.
