An Italian-style sweet vermouth, made in Cornwall using English grapes and blend of botanicals including bitter orange, aniseed, chichona, gentian, and juniper. This would be a splendid Negroni or just drink it neat on the rocks with a piece of orange.
Sweet, balanced by notes of bitter Seville orange marmalade, quinine, gentian, and sweeter spices. Long and complex.
