
A gently sweet rosé vermouth made in Cornwall from English grapes and botanicals including wormwood, bay, and fennel. These are steeped in an eau-de-vie distilled from grape skins, and then blended with English wine and sweetened. Try it in a Spritz or just on the rocks with a slice of orange.
Fresh and gently sweet with notes of cherry, thyme, and a long bittersweet orange finish.
