A traditional Rosso Vermouth from Hotel Starlino, a base of Italian wine is infused with oodles of botanical, including wormwood, orange peel, rhubarb and spices. Before bottling it's rested in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, imparting oak spice and vanilla notes. A top cocktail component here!
Tannic grape skin and ginger spice, with earthy bitterness, oaky vanilla and bitter orange peel in support.

This is a lovely vermouth. Not overpowering with any of the flavours. Lovely over ice on its own, or perfect in a cocktail. Would recommend and will be buying again.
