
Gonzalez Byass' Vermouth La Copa was relaunched in 2016, allowing people to get their hands on vermouth made with Sherry - not a common prospect by all means. Based on a 19th century recipe, they use a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenéz Sherry and allow wormwood, clove, orange peel, nutmeg, angelica and quinine to macerate in the blend.
