This Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry from Cocchi was released to mark the brand's 130th anniversary. A love letter to Piemonte, the birthplace of vermouth, all ingredients come from the region, and include Cortese grapes, peppermint, lemon, coriander, and artemesia, amongst a few other secret touches. A superb addition to the driest of the Dry Martinis.
