Description
A brilliant French white vermouth from the Vermouth Routin range by Distillerie des Alps. Its 18 botanicals, including wormwood, vanilla, thyme, cinnamon, and elderflower, are macerated in local Chambéry wine for several weeks, so it's delicate but flavoursome. Perfect as an apéritif on a warm day, simply pour over ice with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
