A tasty red vermouth from Distilleria Gualco in Italy, made using wormwood, alongside a range of specially selected botanicals. The name harks back to the days of Cicero offering Vinum Ellenicum Absinthiatum (a Greek wine featuring wormwood among its ingredients) to his guests.
