Del Professore Vermouth di Torino Superiore
Vermouth di Torino Superiore Del Professore is crafted from Ettore Germano's 2013 Barolo Cerretta. A secret spice is introduced to the full-bodied red wine, and it is double aged in oak barrels, firstly as the Barolo wine and then again as the vermouth for around 3 to 6 months. The result is a vermouth with great depth that's more than suitable for simply serving by itself over ice.

Well rounded, with aromatic wormwood, cincona, rhubarb and warming vanilla and cloves.
