Contratto Bianco is made with over 50 infused ingredients including hawthorn, coriander seeds, marjarom, bay laurel, chamomile,yellow sweet clover, aloe, cinnamon, mint, ginger, angelica, cardamom seeds, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, gentian, nettle, carob pods, pimento seeds, mugwort, rhubarb, hibiscus, sage, cinchona bark, bergamot, liquorice root and sandalwood.
Sweet and complex with vibrant citrus and a sage and mint edge.
I love to make drinks with vermouth, especially martinis and highballs, contratto bianco has a wonderful bitter note that really stands up in drinks and works brilliantly in gin cocktails.
I've had so fab Vermouths from MoM but this one was too bitter by far.
