This vermouth from Casoni is made from a base of albana grape wine, infused with a whole host of botanicals along with the distinct flavour of balsamic vinegar. The recipe comes from Tomaso Agnini, an early member of the Casoni family, and the complex, balanced vermouth should lend an interesting twist to cocktails.
