This expression has been produced with a base of orange wine – a traditional style originating in Georgia, made by a long fermentation of ripe white grapes... Nothing to do with the citrus fruit, in case you were wondering. The result is a deliciously fruity and fragrant serve that can be enjoyed neat, or in an array of cocktail creations.
