Baldoria Dry Rosso Vermouth
A well balanced dry red vermouth from Baldoria, ideal for imparting a crisp, bitter element to cocktails. Built upon a base of Chardonnay and Nebbiolo grapes, the likes of wormwood and elderberries combine in this unsweetened expression to create a delightful balance of bitter herbs and zingy, spiced fruit.

A good depth of red wine with tannic hints of earthy tobacco swiftly leads to bitter roots and drying wormwood. Liquorice joins a touch of fruity acidity towards the finish.
