The folks over at Atxa in Spain take a white wine base, macerate classic botanicals including wormwood, peppermint, sage, citrus rind and cinnamon, along with the unique addition of natural mango extract! A mango Martini certainly seems to be on the cards with this one.
Bittersweet and tropical, with an earthy bitterness complimented by warming spices, sweet mango influence and a clean, citrus finish.
