From Asterly Bros. comes Schofield's Dry Vermouth, a blend of English Bacchus, Chardonnay, and Seyval Blanc, which has been infused with 28 botanicals including jasmine, rosemary, gentian, milk thistle, and citrus. The brothers Asterley themselves suggest whipping up a White Negroni with this, which sounds pretty good to us!

Overall

Bright, floral and crisp, with woody bitterness alongside vibrant citrus, underlying baking spices, and white grape sweetness.
