A lively English aperitif from AKER, combining liquid from two of the country's most impressive producers. Bacchus white wine from Chapel Down in Kent is combined with pear eau de vie from Capreolus Distillery in the Cotswolds, bolstered with a host of English botanicals. Splendid topped with tonic for a refreshing spritz, and ought to work rather well in classics like a dry Martini too.

Fruity with a bit of zing, quite a dry finish like a G&T - enjoyed it a lot!
Mixed it with Tonic and it was delicious - long, light in alcohol but lots of apple and pear flavours - really delicious!
