The Reposado expression from Cabrito Tequila, bottled at 40% ABV. The goat on the label seems pretty chill, which is nice. Sweet beard, too.
Light caramel and cedar, with cooked apricot and a surfeit of ginger.
Big fan of this tequila and have been buying it for years. Particularly fantastic in a tequila sunrise as the punchy agave flavours really come through without that taste of ethanol that often comes with shop brought tequilas. I would also say that tasting notes in the description are fairly on point. Lastly, its worth mentioning that not necessarily the smoothest tequila in the world, however, its packed with flavour and compared to many I've tried of a similar price range its far far superior. Also there's a picture of a goat, everyone loves goats. Would 100% recommend!
