100% agave Tequila from Madre, traditionally produced without additives, with the aim of emphasising the agave's natural flavours. Madre's agave is harvested from a single estate in the Jalisco highlands, where high altitude and rough conditions contribute to a sweeter, more complex flavour profile. The agave is roasted in clay brick ovens and distilled using mineral-rich well water, and the Tequila is bottled at a generous 48% ABV, showcasing a mineralic profile, layered with citrus and sweet agave.
Aromas of raw agave with a hint of citrus evolve on the palate into notes of caramelised agave and minerality.
