Interestingly, this expression is allowed to rest for three weeks in American oak casks before bottling, helping to mellow its flavour profile.

It's rather pleasant. Depending what taste you prefer. This is more on a vinegar note than pepper or vanilla. It's still tasty for that price. Worth trying as it seems a quality brew.
The name first caught my eye as it reminded me of a Mexican holiday swimming in a Cenote. I thought it my be a gimmick name. However, this is a lovely drink. Thoroughly recommend this. I like to drink it neat but it mixes very well. In fact my wife will now only drink margaritas with Cenote.
