A Reposado edition of Casa Maya Tequila, produced at Mexico's Hacienda La Capilla, in the country's Los Altos de Jalisco region. The Tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave that's slowly cooked in autoclaves, using vapour pressure, before fermenting in wooden casks. After distillation, the Tequila is rested for eight months in American white oak barrels, imparting elegant notes of toasted spice and buttery vanilla the vibrant agave at its heart.
Soft notes of buttery oak char and vanilla pod join herbaceous agave, lemon zest, and flaked almonds.

I am a huge tequila enthusiast and recently came across this extraordinary tequila. It’s one of the smoothest tequilas I’ve ever tried whereby the agave flavours are still very present, combined with a light citrus and barrel notes.Absolutely recommend!
