Añejo tequila from the Avión range, founded by Ken Austin and made with the Lopez family in Jesus Maria - 100% of the agave used in Avión comes from Jesus Maria! The Añejo is matured for two years before bottling.

Overall

Toasty vanilla, zesty clementine developing into bright tropical fruit. A little bit nutty at points (think sugared almond).
