Description

The yuzu fruit, popular in Japanese and Korean cuisine, is a beautiful, exotic alternative to lemon or lime. Use this Monin puree to create the lemonades, teas and cocktails your neighbours can't.

Overall

Tart and very citrusy, lemon and mandarin dominate with hints of grapefruit.
