
Contrary to what you may believe, the pink peppercorn is, in fact, not really a pepper. If we're being really pedantic, it's actually a dried fruit. Anyway, our point is that Monin's Pink Peppercorn Syrup isn't peppery at all! It takes the natural fruity sweetness along with a very subtle spice, that's more akin to a chilli rather then a pepper. Plus it's pink, which is always a bonus. Ought to do very well in whole load of cocktails, though we reckon it would be particularly exciting in agave-based serves.
