This cordial from Monin's single botanical Paragon range is made with Nepalese timur berries, picked from mountain bushes at 2,000m altitude. Also known as the pink grapefruit pepper, it imparts flavours of tart citrus and tropical fruit to the acidic, tangy flavour profile.
