Monin Blue Curaçao 70cl

A rather striking citrus-based syrup from French producers, Monin, suitable for use in non-alcoholic drinks which need an enjoyably bitter boost of yummy, orange-y notes. This is made using dried laraha peels and coloured a dazzling shade of blue. The laraha is like an orange, but green, quite bitter and grown on the island of Curaçao (hence the name).
