This is a French-made syrup from the Giffard company, made with the nectar from Agave Americana and Agave Tequiliana plants. It has a wonderfully herbal, honey-like flavour and can be used in a variety of cocktails. It's particularly good for adding sweetness to mezcal and Tequila-based libations!
