Yeni Raki Uzun Demleme is made in Turkey from 100% fresh grapes, distilled five times in copper pot stills with a slow “long distillation” of 72 hours. Made without added sugar, this Yeni Raki can be served with cold meze, fish, grilled meats, and global flavours. It was recognised with a Gold Medal at the SIP Awards 2022 and the World Spirits Award 2021.
The suggested serve is equal parts water and raki, which dilutes to create a signature milky whiteness known as "lion’s milk". Although it's also a good base for simple, classic cocktails.
Aniseed, nutmeg and vanilla, with hints of liquorice, black pepper, and a touch of pine.
