The Arcane Arrange spirit drink series combines the rum from Mauritius with a selection of tasty flavours. Neat this rum is very sweet, liqueur sweet, and it can get too much. But it mixes really well with Coca-Cola. The fizzy dark stuff brings out the vanilla, so there is a better balance of flavours. To me, when mixed, this rum ends up tasting a wee bit like Admiral’s Old J Spiced.
