The Arcane Arrange spirit drink series combines the rum from Mauritius with a selection of tasty flavours. The one in particular has been flavoured with vanilla, building on the existing notes of vanilla within the rum. The result is... Well, it's packed with vanilla, obviously, alongside hints of fruit and spice. We reckon this will pair brilliantly with a good quality cola.

Neat this rum is very sweet, liqueur sweet, and it can get too much. But it mixes really well with Coca-Cola. The fizzy dark stuff brings out the vanilla, so there is a better balance of flavours. To me, when mixed, this rum ends up tasting a wee bit like Admiral’s Old J Spiced.
