The gang at That Boutique-y Spirits Company knows a thing or two about juggling flavours, and this lip-smacking blend of American fruit spirits boasts the perfect balance. It's a half and half blend of 2-year-old Cask Matured Peach Spirit from Colorado's Peach Street Distillers, and four-year-old Cask Matured Apple Spirit from Copper & Kings in Kentucky. Peach and apple, in other words (the words of the Boutique-y folks to be precise) Papple.
Batch 1 is a release of 131 bottles.

Nose
Peach cobbler and sweetly spiced baked apple, with toasted oak and cinnamon sticks.
Palate
Delicate layers of sweet, juicy peach and crisp apple mingle with buttery pastry and creamy vanilla.
Finish
An elegant finish with soft oak char, burnt sugar, vanilla, and cooked fruit.
