Created for gin lovers looking to cut down on the alcohol content, Session Spirit takes its inspiration from London dry gin, with key botanicals including juniper, cardamom, black pepper, and coriander seed. The folks behind Session Spirit wanted to create an option that meets in the middle between a full-strength spirit and entirely non-alcoholic serves, opting to bottle it up at 25% ABV in order to retain a full, complex flavour profile, and without compromising on mouth-feel. Serve this as you would your regular gin – mixed with tonic, or in cocktails for laid-back sipping at a lower ABV. According to the folks at Session Spirit, a 50ml measure of this combined with 150ml tonic or ginger ale pours at around the same strength as your average beer. This won a bronze medal at the London Spirits Competition under its former name, Trinity25!
