
This is a non-alcoholic aperitif from the Roots Divinio range from Greece, featuring a vibrant, herbaceous flavour profile, making use of rosemary, thyme, and wormwood. It's created by initially making a vermouth, but then it gets dealcoholised using a reverse osmosis process, making for a delicious tipple you can enjoy if you're cutting back on booze. You'll want to serve this over ice with some tonic and a whack of fresh lemon.
