This is Ole Smoky's classic corn spirit, produced in Tennessee using a hundred-year-old recipe. Great for mixing it's presented in a handsome jar, which is always a treat.
I am dissapointed with this moonshine. I think I have developed a very good palate over the years of wine making, mead, beer and distilling. This is without a doubt closer to grappa than what I imagined corn whisky to taste like. But on the other hand it is also like an unaged scotch whiskey, without the vanilla and profile from sitting in barrels. If you are looking for an unaged whiskey, then you will probably like this. I don't dilute with water, so could not comment. I will not be buying this one again. Good for sweating out a cold!
Well you know, it is written "whisky" on the side, it has a taste of bleach medel or tastes like a Italian grappa. Here you need to dilute it with quite much water. anyways not my taste, if there is a taste in it. Don't buy it.
