Moonshine from MB Roland, which uses a combination of white corn and sugar in its base spirit. Distilled at a low ABV in order to retain some of the corn's flavourful characteristics, this has been bottled at 50% ABV, also known as 100 proof. Try sipping if you want the full flavour, or mix into all manner of cocktails where you'd normally find vodka.
Warming and neutral for the most part, with some creamy corn making its way in.
