Jalapeño flavoured moonshine from Lebanon, Kentucky! It's made with 50% cane and 50% corn spirit by Steve and Paul Beam, whose family boasted five generations of distillers before prohibition. Now they're back distilling once more, with their grandfather's notebook providing the perfect starting point to restart the family craft.
