A 12 year old awamori spirit, part of the Kura White Oak series from the Helios distillery in Okinawa. Awamori is a spirit only produced in Okinawa, made with Indica rice and black koji - it's a distilled spirit, unlike sake, which is also made from rice but is brewed instead.
