The El Destilado range was created by people behind Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company to explore the spirits of Latin America. Working with small producers, the range features a selection of agave-based spirits similar to mezcal (though cannot be defined as mezcal), like this expression, produced with tobaziche agave.
