Another incredible bottling from El Destilado, a range created by the folks behind East London Liquor Company and Sager + Wilde with the aim of showcasing fascinating Latin American spirits. This expression was made by Atenogenes Garcia in Oaxaca who cooked the madrecuixe agave plants for 192 hours, and only 180 bottles of this unique liquid were produced.
Notes of coffee grounds, pine, butterscotch, peanut butter and salted caramel which blends into a distinctive salinity.
