Part of the El Destilado range (from folks behind Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company), this bottling is made with two agave plants - the wild-harvested Bicuixe and the cultivated Madrecuixe, which take between 12 and 15 years to reach maturity. Often known for being green and dry, this blend has a pleasantly surprising light sweetness to it.
