This rye spirit from the Vulson range produced by Domaine des Hautes Glaces in the western Alps makes use of their Vulson White Rhino and complemented with an aromatic selection of botanicals, including peppermint, celery and fennel, among others. Makes for a great aperitif.
Richly herbaceous, with a touch of floral sweetness developing. Spicy rye bread with hints of violet jelly.
