A French rye spirit made in the Domaine des Hautes Glaces in the western Alps. Using organic rye that they grow and malt themselves, this rye spirit is triple distilled in copper pot stills and rested for a year in stainless-steel tanks before being bottled. Intrigued? We don't blame you!

The transparency of a grain spirit is clear here
A very clear tasting rye spirit. Does not really have any characteristics, and the taste is only alcohols but arguebly of high quality. Mild, but not really suitable for neat drinking. Might be useful for some drinks, though I can not imagine which.
