
From Australia's Cape Byron Distillery, this cracking moonshine is made by distilling kegs of Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, to create a white dog style spirit. Brimming with zesty notes of tropical fruits, seasoned with a pinch of pepper and salinity, this should do very nicely in Highballs and will add an interesting element to cocktails too.
Delicate notes of melon and lychee with sweeter, tropical pineapple, and mango, a touch of fruity foam sweets, finished up with salted lemons and warming peppery spice.
