Harveys Extra Dry Fino
Extra dry sherry from Harvey's. Fino is a dry white sherry aged under a 'flor' of yeast that prevents the air oxidising the sherry.

Nose
Fresh and zingy. A floral element is complemented by almonds and lemon zest.
Palate
Crisp and dry. Almonds, Brazil nuts and a hint of thyme surf over the palate.
Finish
Firm and crisp, toasted nuts and thyme.
Overall
Dry sherry perfect alongside cheese and charcuterie.
