From the Gonzalez Byass Palmas series of unfiltered En Rama sherries comes Una Palma Fino. The liquid is selected from casks which, despite being older than six years, still retain a delicate covering of flor. A complex and amazingly dry sherry.
Amazingly dry with a bright lemon note alongside a bitter and slightly salty finish.
