Description

This is the 16th edition of Tío Pepe En Rama fino sherry from González Byass, selected each spring from the finest casks and bottled in its purest, most expressive form. The 2025 release was drawn from a total of 92 casks and bottled unfiltered and unclarified for a vibrant fino with a naturally hazy appearance.

Overall

Slightly chalky and medicinal on the nose, with notes of toasted nuts, citrus blossom, and a touch of brine. It's bone dry and briny on the palate, layered with dried fruit, juicy honeyed sultanas, and freshly baked pretzels.
