Gonzalez Byass Cuatro Palmas Amontillado
Gonzalez Byass produces excellent sherry of all varieties, including the awesome Amontillado. If that happens to be your favourite style of sherry, then this will be a treat - it's a particularly decadent expression, matured in a six barrel, 45 year old Solera system and bottled without filtration. Expect rounded fruit balanced by savoury richness from this one.
