Gonzalez Byass Matusalem is aged for more than thirty years and sweetened with the addition of a little Pedro Ximinez. This creates an intensely rich Oloroso.

I usually drink whisky, bought this and some rum to try out, I am not disappointed ;) . It is a very good sherry, as described on the page and in the reviews. Will be ordering more.
Amazing aroma the minute you open the bottle. It really pulls through all those rich smells onto the palate. An overall very high quality sherry!
Beautiful sherry wine - deep in flavour with perfect balance, this is a brilliant way to end a meal or gift to someone special!
Sublime Quite delicious and complex A very sophisticated offering and something which would enhance any evening
If you like tawny port you'll probably really like this. Smells of raising and toffee and tastes like dried fruits. After taste and of course the color let you know it has been aged. Really, really good!
