Gonzalez Byass Matusalem is aged for more than thirty years and sweetened with the addition of a little Pedro Ximinez. This creates an intensely rich Oloroso.
I usually drink whisky, bought this and some rum to try out, I am not disappointed ;) . It is a very good sherry, as described on the page and in the reviews. Will be ordering more.

If you like tawny port you'll probably really like this. Smells of raising and toffee and tastes like dried fruits. After taste and of course the color let you know it has been aged. Really, really good!
