A fruity sake here from Île Four, showcasing the magnificence of the Japanese yuzu fruit! It's both tart and sweet, the best of both worlds. Have it as an after dinner sipper, or it works rather well in a Highball too!
My wife is from a fruit growing area of Japan and is very proud of the Umeshu and Yuzushu produced in the region, however we currently live in the UK where these things are harder to come by. As such we took a punt on this and... just wow. She's ranking it above most other yuzushu and I've gotta say it's the best I've ever had. Some can be too weak tasting, too sweet, too zesty, but this had it all. Sweet at first but a fruity flavour soon follows. The finish is refreshing and zesty leaving you thirsty for more. Looking forward to checking out more from this brand.
A lovely gentle lemon flavour when very cold. We prefer this over limoncello. Very drinkable and not face screwingly sour. Refreshes the palate
This is so moreish, fantastic drink for a warm day. Tangy and super fresh. Ordering another now.
