A fruity, floral sake from Île Four, Ume Plum is made with... Well, yeah. Fairly obvious. However, while it is often called a plum, in fact it's actually more closely related to the apricot! Perhaps not as obvious as we thought! The blossom of the ume tree is celebrated with festivals and the like, though you needn't wait for a special occasion to crack this bottle open...

Beautiful stuff. Full of flavours and by far the best plum sake I've ever tasted. Looking forward to it coming back.
This stuff is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is absolute nectar. The best plum sake i have ever had. Went to get more and its out of stock. Gutted.
Full of ripe plum flavours, but with a distinct sake base. Really good stuff!
