This full bodied Tokubetsu Junmai is made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo prefecture, with a milling rate of 60%. A traditional brew with a clean aroma - now available in a 72cl bottle, which is very handy if you like sharing.
There's an earthy quality to it with supple notes of pineapple and pears.
